Refund and Cancellation Policy
This policy covers optional paid PDF calculation reports. The free calculators and engineering guides have no purchase requirement.
What the report is
A report is a one-time digital product generated from the calculation inputs associated with the order. It is normally generated immediately after successful payment and supplied for browser download and/or delivery to the email address confirmed during checkout. It is not a subscription and does not provide engineering approval.
Completed digital delivery
Where permitted by applicable law, a successfully generated and delivered personalised digital report is generally treated as a completed order and is not refundable merely because the buyer changes their mind, decides not to use it, or later changes the calculation inputs.
This policy does not limit any consumer right, statutory remedy, chargeback right or other protection that cannot lawfully be excluded in the buyer's jurisdiction.
When we will correct or refund a transaction
- Payment captured but report not delivered: if a technical failure on our side prevents generation/delivery, we will attempt to deliver the purchased report or refund the charge.
- Duplicate or incorrect system charge: a duplicated or erroneous portion will be refunded after the transaction is verified.
- Report-generation defect: if the delivered file is materially corrupted or does not reflect the inputs stored with the order because of a technical defect, contact us so we can regenerate the report or provide an appropriate remedy.
- Unauthorized transaction: contact us and your payment provider/bank promptly so the transaction can be investigated through the applicable dispute process.
- Rights required by law: any refund or cancellation right that applies mandatorily in your jurisdiction remains available.
Incorrect user inputs
The report records the calculation made from the inputs associated with the purchase. If the buyer later discovers that a project input was entered incorrectly, the engineering calculation should be rerun with the corrected values. This does not normally make an accurately generated earlier report defective, subject always to applicable consumer law.
Engineering status of the report
The report is a preliminary calculation record. It is not a material test certificate, structural approval, code-compliance certificate or substitute for verification by the responsible engineer/producer/laboratory and trial batches with the actual materials.
Contact about an order
Email support@designmixconcrete.com with the order email and, if available, the Razorpay payment ID. Do not send card numbers, CVV, UPI PINs or passwords.
