Refund and Cancellation Policy
This policy covers the paid PDF mix design reports available on Design Mix Concrete (₹199 / $4.99 / £4.99 / €4.99 depending on region). It does not apply to the free calculators, which have no charge at all.
What you are buying
The paid report is a one-time digital product: a PDF document generated automatically and immediately from the calculation inputs you supplied (or confirmed) in the calculator at the moment of purchase. There is no subscription, no recurring charge, no physical good, and no ongoing service — the transaction is a single, instant delivery of a file computed from values already on the page.
No refunds or cancellations for completed orders
Because the product is generated and delivered immediately upon successful payment, Design Mix Concrete does not offer refunds, exchanges or cancellations once a report has been successfully generated and delivered — whether by download in your browser or by email to the address you confirmed. There is nothing to "return": the digital file has already been produced from your own input data and provided to you at the point of sale.
This applies regardless of the reason, including but not limited to: a change of mind after purchase, dissatisfaction with the calculated result (which follows directly and only from the inputs you provided), or a decision not to use the report after all. By completing payment, you acknowledge and accept that the report will be delivered instantly and that no refund will be issued once delivery has occurred.
The narrow exceptions
The no-refund policy above applies to successfully completed orders. It does not apply to the following situations, where a refund will be issued:
- Payment taken but no report delivered. If your payment was successfully charged but, due to a technical failure on our side, no PDF was generated and no email was sent, contact us with your Razorpay payment ID and we will either deliver the report or refund the charge.
- Duplicate or erroneous charge. If you were charged more than once for the same report, or charged an incorrect amount due to a system error, the duplicate or erroneous portion will be refunded.
- Unauthorized transaction. If you believe a charge was made without your authorization, contact us immediately, and also refer to your card issuer's or bank's own dispute process where applicable.
Outside of these specific cases, all sales of the digital report are final. Refunds under the exceptions above are issued to the original payment method via Razorpay and may take some days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.

The report is a preliminary calculation record, generated automatically from the inputs you entered. Design Mix Concrete is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness or suitability of the values you input, and is not responsible for any decision made, cost incurred, or outcome resulting from the use of the report. The report is not a material test certificate, structural approval, or a substitute for review by a qualified engineer. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Design Mix Concrete and its operator disclaim all liability, direct or indirect, arising from the purchase, delivery, content, or use of the report. This section should be read together with the site's Terms of Use, which apply to the calculators and reports generally.

Frequently asked questions
Can I cancel my order before the report is generated?
No — the report is generated automatically and immediately as part of completing the payment, so there is no gap between payment and delivery in which to cancel.
What if I entered the wrong inputs before paying?
The report reflects exactly the inputs you had entered at the time of payment. If you realize afterward that an input was wrong, you can recalculate with the correct values and purchase a new report; the original purchase is not refundable on this basis, since the product performed exactly as intended for the inputs given.
Do you offer partial refunds?
No. The report is a single fixed-price digital product; refunds, where issued under the exceptions above, are for the full amount of the affected transaction.
